Every claim carries a stamp and a source. Nothing is upgraded without one.
The shutdown announcement is real, it names Take-Two, and it sets two deadlines that have both passed. The platform is still serving a server list it said would close on 1 June. What has actually disappeared is the English half of it.
Rockstar's roleplay beta opened on 8 September. On the 12th we measured the English side of the GTA V Twitch category, and it had nearly doubled while four in five of its viewers moved to one server.
The answer is no, and the reason is not a decision anyone can reverse with a statement. FiveM says why in its own FAQ, and the console mod pipelines that do work were built into those games by their own developers.
